2. How to Return an Item

  • Follow the standard return process for the original item.

8. Gift Returns

  • Follow the standard return procedure with the RA number.

  • Refunds for gifts are issued to the original purchaser’s payment method or store credit if preferred.

9. Return Address

All authorized returns must be sent to the address provided with your RA number.
